2. Quotations & Payments

  • All quotations are based on the scope of work and material specifications.

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm your order (as discussed per project).

  • Remaining payment should be cleared as per the agreed schedule before final delivery or installation.

  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or any mutually agreed method.

3. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Shiba CNC Work strives for punctual installation but is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain issues or natural events.

  • Installation will be performed by our trained professionals to ensure perfect finishing and safety.

4. Customization

  • All products are custom-made according to client specifications.

  • Any changes requested after order confirmation may affect pricing, timeline, or feasibility.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • Shiba CNC Work ensures quality workmanship. Any defects in materials or installation will be addressed as per our warranty policy.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, negligence, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation of orders must be communicated in writing.

  • Refunds for advance payments may be partial or withheld depending on the stage of production or service already rendered.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, CNC patterns, and creative work provided by Shiba CNC Work are proprietary.

  • Unauthorized copying or reproduction of our designs is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Shiba CNC Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or products.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the local courts in Pataudi, Haryana.
